Director, Product Solutions Specialist

About the role

This role is located in New York. As a Director, Product Solutions Specialist in the Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform, you will identify opportunities, shape the design, and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms. You will focus on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands, build and articulate business cases, surface and resolve blockers, and operate across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms. You will align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas, while providing deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, shape the design, and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of initiatives spanning multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
• Provide scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands.
• Build and articulate business cases.
• Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
• Operate across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms.
• Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
• Provide deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
• Ability to communicate with clarity, tailoring messages to executive, technical, and client-facing audiences.
• Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong experience in Data Products and AI-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
