Director, Product Solutions Specialist

About the role

We’re seeking a Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join our Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform, located in Pittsburgh. In this role, you’ll make an impact by identifying opportunities, shaping the design, and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms. You’ll focus on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands.

Responsibilities

• Build and articulate business cases.
• Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
• Operate across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms.
• Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
• Provide deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
• Ability to communicate with clarity, tailoring messages to executive, technical, and client-facing audiences.
• Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong experience in Data Products and AI-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
