About the role

This role is located in New York and involves making an impact by identifying opportunities, shaping the design, and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms. The focus is on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
• Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands.
• Build and articulate business cases.
• Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
• Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms.
• Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
• Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
• Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
• Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
