Responsibilities

  • Lead global product marketing strategy for a portfolio of implantology and dental solutions, driving market growth, customer adoption, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and commercialization plans across new product launches and existing portfolio offerings.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Product Development, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities within the dental industry.
  • Drive product lifecycle management activities, including portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop marketing tools, educational materials, and sales enablement resources to support commercial teams and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and market leadership.
  • Monitor business performance, product adoption metrics, and market dynamics to deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience within medical device, dental, or healthcare industries
  • Proven success leading global product marketing initiatives and product launches within a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of commercialization strategy, market development, and product lifecycle management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, R&D, and executive leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful marketing programs and business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading without direct authority and influencing across complex global organizations
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare solutions.
