Director, Product Manager, Transactions and Financial Ledger Domain Lead
About the role
At Capital One, we're looking for a seasoned Platform Product Manager to lead a high-impact team within the Bank Modernization organization. This role requires extensive experience in financial core and banking platform modernization to drive the strategy for core abstraction services and real-time financial posting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of complex roadmaps for seamless, well-managed transaction authorization and ledger integration.
- Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in customer experiences through technology.
- Ensure a modern, scalable architecture supports the next generation of consumer banking experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in financial core and banking platform modernization.
- Extensive knowledge of the US payments landscape, including familiarity with networks and rails like ACH, Wires, RTP, and FedNow.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team towards achieving strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Recent, hands-on experience driving impact within a fast-moving Fintech corporation.

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $209,500 to $263,000 annually. For Director, Product Management positions, the range is $230,400 to $286,900 annually. For more details, visit the Capital One Careers website.
