Director, Product Manager, Transactions and Financial Ledger Domain Lead

About the role

At Capital One, we are seeking a seasoned Platform Product Manager to lead a high-impact team within the Bank Modernization organization. This role requires extensive experience in financial core and banking platform modernization to drive the strategy for core abstraction services and real-time financial posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex roadmaps for seamless, well-managed transaction authorization and ledger integration
• Power a modern, scalable architecture that fuels the next generation of consumer banking experiences
• Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
• Drive innovation and sustainability in customer experiences through technology

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial core and banking platform modernization
• Recent, hands-on experience driving impact within a fast-moving Fintech corporation
• Experience with US payments landscape, including familiarity with networks and rails such as ACH, Wires, RTP, and FedNow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Preferred: Recent, hands-on experience driving impact within a fast-moving Fintech corporation

Pay

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $209,500 to $263,000 annually. For Director, Product Management positions, the range is $230,400 to $286,900 annually. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
