The Director of Product Management will lead and scale the teams behind two critical domains: Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement. This role requires 10+ years of product management experience, including 3-5 years managing and developing PM teams.
Loans Lifecycle
- Define the multi-year product strategy for foundational loan systems, ensuring they are scalable, compliant, and capable of supporting rapid product innovation.
- Translate vision into clear roadmaps and decisions that teams can execute against.
- Set the bar for craft, create development paths, and cultivate a culture of ownership, rigor, and candor.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, and Client Success teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment at scale.
- Enable platform scalability and international expansion.
- Measure and improve platform health.
- Influence up and across the organization.
Money Movement
- Own the vision and strategy for Money Movement.
- Define the multi-year product strategy for global money movement infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, and capable of supporting rapid product innovation.
- Translate vision into clear roadmaps and decisions that teams can execute against.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, and Client Success teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment at scale.
- Enable platform scalability and international expansion.
- Measure and improve platform health.
- Influence up and across the organization.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in loans or lending systems.
- Meaningful experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, or financial operations.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or banking.
- Strong technical fluency.
- Demonstrated ability to set and execute long-term platform strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $267,000 - $327,000 per year in the United States, depending on location and experience. Remote work is encouraged, with some roles requiring occasional office visits.
