We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes pay range, benefits, about us, about you (qualifications/requirements). There's no explicit schedule. So we can have Pay, Benefits, About the role (maybe the description of role), Responsibilities (maybe core responsibilities), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine). We must not repeat job title. Must not include metadata like Job ID. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, ADA, application deadline, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting: It includes: - Pay range: $149,000.00 - $268,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Primary clients for this position are located across several markets, including Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. Preference for candidates to be based in one of these locations as role requires frequent travel to support local clients. There will be no relocation offered for this position. This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. - Benefits Eligibility: Please paste this url into your preferred browser to learn about benefits eligibility for this role: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_F - ADA etc (boilerplate) to remove. - Application deadline: 10/09/2026 (remove). We need to output HTML fragment only. We need headings:

for each section. We need to decide sections: Pay, Benefits, About the role (maybe "About the role" or "About Us"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for the description of the role/product team. Responsibilities for the list of duties (the bullet list after "As a Product Director, you will..."). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills for the "About You" section (maybe combine). Benefits and Pay as separate. We should not create Schedule because not present. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need to convert each sentence into list items? The responsibilities are a series of sentences separated by periods. We can break them into list items. Similarly for requirements/qualifications/skills we can list each bullet. Benefits list also. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can rephrase into list items as long as we keep the info. We must not repeat job title. Not needed. We must not put Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: ADA, application deadline, etc. We must also remove the "Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url..." maybe we keep the URL as part of benefits? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, application instructions. The Benefits Eligibility URL is not exactly application instruction but it's a link to learn about benefits eligibility. Might be considered part of benefits? It's not a benefit per se but a link. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This is not exactly application instruction but it's a link to benefits eligibility. Might be considered part of benefits section? Could keep as a link within benefits. However the instruction says "Remove ... application instructions." The URL is not an application instruction but a benefits eligibility link. I'd keep it as part of benefits maybe as a link. We also need to keep the link to corporate benefits: https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info, so keep those URLs. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    Pay

The pay range is $149,000.00 - $268,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and, in some instances, education, work experience, and certifications.

    Benefits

In addition to pay, Target invests in team members and their dependents with comprehensive health benefits and programs, which may include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and more. Other benefits for eligible team members include 401(k), employee discount, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, paid sick leave, paid national holidays, and paid vacation. Further details on financial, education, well‑being, and other benefits are available at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. Information on benefits eligibility can be found at https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_F.

Alternatively we could list benefits as
    • ... but we have prose plus list. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should put benefits as a list. Let's do:

        Benefits

        • Medical, vision, dental, life insurance (comprehensive health benefits)
        • 401(k)
        • Employee discount
        • Short‑term disability
        • Long‑term disability
        • Paid sick leave
        • Paid national holidays
        • Paid vacation

Additional information on financial, education, well‑being, and other benefits is available at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. Benefits eligibility details: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_F.

That preserves info. Now About the role: we need a section describing the role, maybe "About the role". Use prose. We have a lot of description about Product Teams, CRM & Sales Enablement Platforms, etc. We'll put that in

. Then Responsibilities: list of duties from "As a Product Director, you will set the overall strategic vision..." etc. We'll break each sentence into

      • . Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we can combine into one section maybe "Requirements". Use list. We need to avoid headings with filler. Ensure we have substantive content. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: - As a Product Director, you will set the overall strategic vision for your product space and product team, - are accountable for succeeding against identified business outcomes and metrics, - will set and manage the product’s budget and financials, - set the short- and long-term product goals, - and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). - You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product owners while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams. - You will be responsible to elevate your collective team’s performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution related barriers for your teams. - You will drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering time, as you lead highly complex work across multiple pyramids, with interrelated specialties. - You will leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision making, assess the health and effectiveness of your products and related P&L impacts, and to deliver recommendations to key stakeholders. - It will be critical that you understand retail or similar areas, relevant technologies and design principles to drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple pyramids within Target. - Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. (maybe redundant) - Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. (maybe we can include but it's generic; but it's substantive? It's a statement about flexibility. Might keep but it's not a duty. Could include as a note.) We should not include "Core
