About the role

This Director-level role is chartered to lead the strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence. This includes direct operating accountability for critical business operating processes including terms and account closures, and is on the front lines for evaluating and mitigating risk related as well as interfacing directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes delivery and change management strategies across people, process, and technology.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
  • Defines and executes a clear vision and design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model.
  • Partners closely with risk partners and second and third line teams.
  • Interacts directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators.

Requirements

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • Close partnership with risk partners and second and third line teams.
  • Active involvement in the business on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience in transforming well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence.
  • Direct operating accountability for critical business operating processes including terms and account closures.
  • Ability to evaluate and mitigate risk related as well as interface directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators.
  • Close partnership with risk partners and second and third line teams.
  • Active involvement in the business on an ongoing basis.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

  • Mclean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
  • New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
  • Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Schedule

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
