About the role

This Director-level role is chartered to lead the strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and mitigates risk related to critical business operating processes including terms and account closures.
• Interfacing directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators.
• Develops a clear vision and tangible design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model.
• Defines and executes delivery and change management across people, process, and technology.
• Supports the business on an ongoing basis.
• Leads cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience.

Pay

Salaries for this role vary by location and are listed below:

• Mclean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
• New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
