Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 9 years in relevant fields
- Proven leadership skills to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep expertise in process mining and performance optimization tools such as Celonis and UiPath
- Strong knowledge in establishing governance frameworks and value tracking mechanisms
- Exceptional communication skills to influence and align senior stakeholders
