Process Intelligence Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale large, strategic client engagements across discovery, analysis, and implementation phases.
• Define and evolve Verdant Data’s client acquisition strategy in alignment with market trends and client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior executives, fostering deep client partnerships and driving continuous value delivery.
• Oversee the delivery and success of client projects and engagements, ensuring quality outcomes, measurable value, and long-term impact.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and contribute to business development initiatives to grow Verdant Data’s market presence.
• Represent Verdant Data at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership forums.
• Mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, process intelligence, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Proven success in leading large-scale, complex transformation programs with quantifiable business outcomes.
• Strong product mindset and experience shaping data or automation product offerings.
• Established market network and credibility within key industries (financial services, insurance, supply chain, or similar).
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives, including sales and new market development.
