Director, Paid Social (Reddit Emphasis)

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Siege clients in Reddit Ads.
• Build the playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence for Siege's paid social services from zero.
• Run retargeting campaigns and Meta/LinkedIn campaigns that feed Siege's sales pipeline.
• Sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team during prospect calls.
• Hire and lead a team of associates when Reddit ads revenue justifies it.
• Develop templates, QA processes, attribution approaches, and reporting standards for paid social services.

Requirements

• 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment, ideally with a mix of Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta experience.
• Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience, including Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, and custom audiences.
• Proven B2B and B2C experience, particularly within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated client-facing comfort, able to walk through quarterly reviews with VPs of Marketing.
• Strong written communication skills, as clients see your work directly.
• A builder mentality and genuine excitement about building and scaling a service line from scratch.

Skills

• Experience with ChatGPT ads (suggested).
• Experience building or scaling a paid social practice inside an agency environment.
• Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution).
• An active client network in paid social within Siege's client base.

Pay

$115,000.00–$130,000.00 USD base | $135,000.00–$155,000.00 USD OTE
