Director - Ops

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of various healthcare practices
• Lead and develop a geographically diverse team through recruitment and training
• Enhance administrative and operational excellence in supported practices
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture focusing on accountability and teamwork
• Ensure high patient satisfaction through effective operations and support
• Monitor regional KPIs and manage P&L outputs
• Conduct regular meetings and training to support staff development
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues collaboratively with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of operational management experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations
• Familiarity with clinical information systems (EMR, MAR, PACS, etc.)
• Ability to embrace and learn new technologies, including non-Microsoft environments and FHIR & API
• Exceptional client engagement skills
• Experience and sensitivity in working with diverse populations

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
