Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of various healthcare practices
- Lead and develop a geographically diverse team through recruitment and training
- Enhance administrative and operational excellence in supported practices
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture focusing on accountability and teamwork
- Ensure high patient satisfaction through effective operations and support
- Monitor regional KPIs and manage P&L outputs
- Conduct regular meetings and training to support staff development
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues collaboratively with leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of operational management experience in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations
- Familiarity with clinical information systems (EMR, MAR, PACS, etc.)
- Ability to embrace and learn new technologies, including non-Microsoft environments and FHIR & API
- Exceptional client engagement skills
- Experience and sensitivity in working with diverse populations
Pay
$130,000 – $150,000 annually
