Director of Title IX and Compliance

Position Details

Position Purpose
Responsible for investigating, reporting and training related to the following areas: Title IX, Equal Opportunity, and Americans with Disabilities Act and attendant duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in Title IX, equal opportunity or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience investigating, reporting and training in the following areas: Title IX, Equal Opportunity, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Strong public speaking and report writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and crisis management to address sensitive issues related to Title IX and equal opportunity cases.
• Experience investigating and resolving complaints alleging discrimination or harassment, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault or sexual violence, and knowledge of pertinent issues in a university environment.
