Director of Talent Development (Home Security Sales)

Responsibilities

• Promote our home security systems to potential customers.
• Build rapport with clients and expand our customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their satisfaction and security.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products to offer informed recommendations.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with experience working with or within the veteran community.
• Proven track record of success in sales training, team management, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of the veteran experience and the unique challenges faced by veteran homeowners.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
• Passion for our mission of protecting those who have protected us.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to serving the community, a passion for our mission is a plus.

Schedule

This is a fully remote setup, with in-person attendance required for training sessions remotely and in the field. Alternatively, training may be conducted via Zoom or at vendor facilities.

Pay

Your income is entirely commission-based, meaning the more effort and dedication you put in, the higher your earnings. There’s no cap on how much you can make—your success is truly in your hands!
