Director of Sales - Residential Real Estate
Responsibilities
- Arrange for new sales talent to join the team.
- Coach and train all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about mortgage financing, neighborhood details, schools, and all aspects of homeownership.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in weekly trainings, attend PLACE Leadership Development programs, and engage in Talent Attraction Consulting.
- Grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and client consultation.
- Maintain and develop existing campaigns, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure sales professionals fully utilize database capabilities and leads.
Qualifications
- New Mexico Real Estate License is required.
- At least 5 years of industry and sales experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Strong accountability-based leadership skills to drive team members towards goal achievement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including building rapport and effective communication.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
