Real Estate Director of Sales
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics
- Analyze sales data and develop performance plans
- Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research
- Proven sales track record as individual contributor; 1+ year manager/team lead preferred
- Strong CRM and people-management skills
- Active Texas real estate license
