Real Estate Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Arrange for new sales personnel to join the team.
• Coach and train all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
• Develop in-depth knowledge about mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and all aspects of homeownership.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in weekly trainings, attend PLACE Leadership Development program, and engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting.
• Master PLACE Technology and participate in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
• Grow professionally by prospecting and consulting with clients, overseeing contract negotiations, and managing sales professionals' database capabilities and leads.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
• Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to attract and mentor talent.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in building and leading a team.
• Real estate license with 5+ years of industry and sales experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
