DIRECTOR OF REHAB - Full Time

Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Director of Rehab for their in-office position at Lafayette Center, a 72-bed nursing home in Franconia, NH.

About the role

The Director of Rehab will oversee rehabilitation programs designed to improve the quality of life for residents. This includes coordinating with therapists, overseeing therapy sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation programs including physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure effective and efficient treatment plans
• Ensure all therapy sessions are conducted according to regulatory standards
• Work closely with nursing staff to provide holistic care
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, rehabilitation, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification in relevant fields (e.g., Certified Rehabilitation Counselor)
• Experience working with adult to geriatric patient populations
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$79,000 - $112,000 annually

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotations.
