Director of Rehab - Full Time

About the role

The Rehab Director will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in a hospital setting. This position supports both inpatient and outpatient therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train therapy staff
• Develop therapy strategies and policies
• Evaluate patient care outcomes
• Coordinate rehabilitation services across inpatient and outpatient settings

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active state Physical Therapist license in Kansas
• Experience managing therapy services in a hospital environment
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising therapy staff
• Experience developing clinical programs, policies, and procedures for rehabilitation services
• Experience with staffing models and scheduling for inpatient and outpatient therapy services
• Flexible scheduling availability required

Qualifications

• Credential as a Physical Therapist
