About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train staff
• Develop therapy strategies
• Evaluate patient care
• Cookordination rehabilitation services
• PT discipline required
• Initial focus on hospital inpatient care with growth into outpatient services
• Flexible schedule

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (PT required)
• Active state Physical Therapy license required to start
• Experience in hospital inpatient rehabilitation required
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and training therapy staff
• Experience developing therapy programs and coordinating multidisciplinary care
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
