About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train staff
- Develop therapy strategies
- Evaluate patient care
- Coordinate rehabilitation services
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active FL state PT license required to start
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential
- Candidate will supervise 4-6 therapists
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and aquatic therapy preferred
- Willingness to perform limited administrative duties and support a growing clinic environment
