About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train staff
- Develop therapy strategies
- Evaluate patient care
- Career development and mentorship
- Coordinate rehabilitation services
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with required degree for state licensure
- Active Texas PT license required to start
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred
- Clinical supervisory or leadership experience preferred for Director role
- Experience managing or mentoring PT and PTA staff, including scheduling and caseload oversight
- Familiarity with outpatient care delivery, productivity expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Outpatient physical therapy experience
