About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train staff
- Develop therapy strategies
- Evaluate patient care
- Cookordination rehabilitation services
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree
- Active state license required to start in Wisconsin
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred
- Demonstrated experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Experience developing and implementing therapy programs and clinical protocols
- Experience with patient evaluation, care planning, and coordination of multidisciplinary services
- Experience with productivity tracking, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Effective leadership and communication skills, including mentoring clinicians and collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders
