Director of Rehab - Full Time

About the role

The Clinic Director/Physical Therapist will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, coordinate rehabilitation services, and provide clinical leadership for an outpatient therapy clinic.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a degree appropriate to the discipline
• Active state license required to start in the appropriate discipline
• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or therapy setting preferred
• Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring clinical staff preferred
• Experience developing therapy programs, clinical pathways, or outcome-driven treatment plans preferred
