About the role
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Food & Beverages environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own and shape the multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise meal solutions
- Serve as the executive voice for product strategy to the leadership team
- Set investment priorities and balance trade-offs across a multi-product portfolio
- Direct teams to translate enterprise requirements into scalable product strategies
- Define metrics to identify upsell opportunities and churn risk, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success
- Translate data insights into actionable plans for activation and retention
- Lead and develop a cohesive product management organization for strong execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years on B2B products for large organizations
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting and managing high-performing product teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing a business unit or product line
- Expertise in enterprise solutions, including SSO, roles and permissions, and reporting frameworks
- Deep understanding of needs for governance, security, and integrations in enterprise settings
- Proven track record of driving product improvements through data and experimentation
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive leadership

Pay
$229,000 – $321,000 annually
