Director of Product - Remote

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide product strategy and lifecycle execution for risk adjustment solutions that support healthcare operations and market alignment. You will shape the roadmap, drive continuous product refinement, and ensure performance meets business and customer expectations. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams and customers to identify risks, improve outcomes, and expand operational efficiency through AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full product lifecycle management, including end-of-life processes
• Lead product strategy and continuous refinement of the risk adjustment roadmap
• Ensure product performance meets expectations and aligns with market needs
• Manage geographically dispersed teams to drive high performance and engagement
• Promote AI-driven automation in operational processes
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and advance shared goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• 4+ years in a product leadership role
• 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Experience with risk adjustment products and strategies
• Proven ability to manage teams of 5 or more direct reports
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency

Compensation

$134,600 – $230,800 annually
