About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director of Partner Success - AMER to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This leader will shape the partner success function across the Americas, driving scalable enablement and delivery excellence for a high-growth software environment. The role will focus on strengthening partner-led implementations, improving readiness across the partner ecosystem, and ensuring the team has the tools and processes needed to perform at a high level. You will also work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align program strategy, partner advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Pay
Compensation: $160,000 – $230,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Enhance the partner delivery excellence program to ensure quality partner-led implementations
- Mentor and manage a team of Partner Success specialists, focusing on career growth and culture
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute a joint model for success programs
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess enablement program impact and partner readiness
- Engage with senior leadership for partner advocacy and strategic direction
Qualifications
- Proven track record in building and scaling enablement programs within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Extensive experience in managing implementation projects and mitigating risks with stakeholders
- 20+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS companies, leading partner enablement teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS and enterprise sales models, with a focus on partner and customer lifecycle metrics
- Strong reputation for innovation and accountability in interdisciplinary team settings
- Visionary leader with a passion for creating substantial partner value and transformative change
