Director of Operations Restaurant

What You’ll Do

• Oversee multiple Capriotti’s locations and provide leadership to General Managers and restaurant teams across Reno, NV.
• Drive operational excellence and profitability across multiple restaurants.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and management teams.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience rooted in Capriotti’s service standards.
• Lead recruiting, staffing, succession planning, and talent development efforts.
• Analyze financial performance, budgets, labor, food cost, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain accountability for food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute growth and operational initiatives.
• Support restaurant openings, training, and ongoing business expansion.
• Act as a culture champion and brand ambassador throughout your market.

  Required Experience

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
  • Strong background in fast casual or high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams.
  • Experience managing P&L performance, labor, and operational metrics.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience leading multiple markets or regions.
  • Experience scaling operations in a growing brand environment.
