Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
- Implement training programs for staff development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and audits
- Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of restaurant management software
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Pay
A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 annually.
