Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management teams, setting challenging and measurable goals for their professional growth.
• Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse audiences, handling performance issues constructively and holding teams accountable.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning, actively pursuing self-development.
• Develop succession plans, assess talent at all levels, and build a strong bench for future staffing needs.
• Demonstrate high P&L acumen, creating action plans to elevate performance and meet operational standards.
• Drive change and inspire teams to embrace evolution in operations.
• Ensure culinary standards are followed, including food safety, storage, prep recipes, line procedures, and all culinary processes.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe, and professional work environment while keeping energy and fun high.
• Develop and execute annual financial plans, taking initiative to achieve business goals.
• Lead, execute, and assist in new restaurant openings (NROs).
