About the role

At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we provide compassionate, high‑quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team as an Administrator / Director of Operations. In this key leadership role you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our home‑health branches in Columbus, Newnan and Thomaston, GA. The position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a passion for home‑health care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent.
• Lead the local provider(s) to improve community care and contribute to overall company success.
• Ensure daily execution of operations.
• Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Demonstrated experience in health‑service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Previous experience in a home‑health care program preferred.
• No employment in the past year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business, per company compliance policies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home‑care office operations.
• Intermediate technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions.
