Pay
$105,000.00 – $115,000.00 annual salary.

Responsibilities
- Handles employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or status changes
- Responsible for overall organization and financial management of the care center
- Provides supervision to clinical manager(s) who ensure delivery of quality care to patients
- Maintains the image of the care center in the community and with state and national organizations
- Provides input, guidance, and feedback related to marketing activities and the care center marketing plan to meet growth goals
- Ensures adequate orientation of every team member assigned to the care center
- Assigns and directs staff with appropriate skills to perform duties
- Leads planning for staff education programs, administrative/staff meetings, and in-services
- Encourages continuous education and staff development for all team members
- Sets positive, attainable expectations, objectives, and goals for the care center
- Ensures implementation of a performance improvement program to drive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negative trends
- Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by the care center by providing supervision and support to the clinical manager
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or clinical-related field
- Two years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience; or two years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice
- Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional, specific to the state you're assigned to work
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical-related field with a current license
- Preferred: Home health experience
