About the role

The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Healogics' wound care clinics. They are responsible for optimizing the operations of these clinics, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and aligning with the company's vision and mission.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through the optimization of outpatient wound care clinics
• Ensure Exceptional Patient Experiences by overseeing comprehensive operational and clinical quality components
• Create programs demonstrating Healogics' value to hospital partners
• Lead and drive high-quality clinical programs aligned with Healogics' vision and mission
• Manage financial, operational, and clinical results for teams
• Deploy appropriate mechanisms for accurate financial budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
• Monitor and address financial impacts through proactive trend identification
• Track and manage operational, clinical, and financial performance measures
• Develop and manage a team of center-level managers passionate about driving wound care healing and prevention
• Ensure all activities are compliant and conducted ethically

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least seven (7) years of experience in healthcare center operations
• Preferred Healogics wound care experience
• Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to view computer screens and type frequently
• Ability to travel as needed

Healogics offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $120,000-130,000 Annually
