About the role
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) | RN to lead and manage Nursing Services.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quality standards of care under the direction of physicians and residents' needs.
- Supervise Nursing Services 24/7 and direct the Nursing Department.
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the state of practice.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.
