Responsibilities
- Partner with top-performing agency partners to identify and pursue national account opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective corporate clients and workforce mobility opportunities
- Build relationships with HR executives, talent acquisition leaders, mobility managers, and other corporate decision-makers
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic business development discussions
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and other sales pursuit activities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and support account development efforts
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data within CRM systems
- Provide market intelligence and business development insights to leadership and agency partners
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations
- Help strengthen relationships between UniGroup, its agency network, and prospective national account customers
- Monitor sales activity and pipeline performance metrics to support business growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, corporate relocation, workforce mobility, HR services, consulting, or a related industry
- Demonstrated success building professional relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Strong consultative selling, networking, and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
- Experience managing pipelines and sales activities within a CRM platform
- Strong presentation, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business development activities
