Director of Marketing - Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies: Lead branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans aligned with hotel goals, adjusting tactics based on market trends and performance data
• Manage planning and operations: Oversee annual marketing budgets and coordinate resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms
• Partner with internal department leaders to develop marketing strategies that drive business transient, group, and event revenue across key segments and distribution channels
• Drive the development of compelling content and marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media
• Manage external partners such as PR, creative, and digital agencies to ensure alignment with strategic marketing goals
• Deliver strategic updates and data-driven insights for leadership, ownership, and corporate meetings
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
