About the role

The Director of IT Infrastructure & End User Services oversees the technical infrastructure and end user services for a leading technology firm. This includes managing IT systems, ensuring network stability, and providing support to users across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical infrastructure and ensure its efficient operation.
• Manage and maintain the company’s network systems and security protocols.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT infrastructure and end user services.
• Experience with network administration, system management, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
