About the role

The Director of IT Infrastructure & End User Services oversees all aspects of the company’s technology infrastructure, including network management, server operations, and end-user support services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize server operations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for end-user support services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of successful project management and problem-solving.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop IT staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with network administration and security protocols.
• Knowledge of data center operations and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficiency in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
