The Director of Institutional Advancement at Allentown Central Catholic High School plays a crucial role in fundraising, alumni relations, and community engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual goals.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners.
- Plan and implement events to raise funds and build community support.
- Oversee alumni relations programs to enhance school reputation and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to align advancement efforts with overall school objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional advancement or related field.
- Proven track record in fundraising and event planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of nonprofit principles and best practices.
- Experience with donor management systems.
- Knowledge of grant writing and proposal development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
