About the role

The Advancement Director at St. Anne School is responsible for overseeing all fundraising activities, donor relations, and alumni engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual goals.
• Manage donor relations, including stewardship and solicitation efforts.
• Plan and implement events to engage alumni and raise funds.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align advancement goals with overall strategic objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of alumni engagement programs.
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and event planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with donors and alumni.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of current trends in education and fundraising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
