Responsibilities

• Formulates and supervises HR programs related to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and employer/employee relationships.
• Interviews job applicants and develops personnel record forms.
• Resolves disputes and grievances; recommends disciplinary actions.
• Analyzes, classifies, and evaluates jobs.
• Administers employee welfare and recreation services.
• Serves as an adviser to executive staff on personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of related healthcare experience required.
• Must be familiar with hospital organization, department functions, personnel practices, training methods, and job analysis.
• Knowledge of the labor market, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal wage and hour laws required.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and HFAP standards.

Schedule

Full Time, Day Shift.
