What you'll do
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned to business objectives
- Advise executives on org design, workforce planning, and people-related risk
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Owserve the HR budget
- Partner with executive leadership, HR staff, and people managers to build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership across org strategy, comp/benefits, and employee relations
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent preferred
- Hands-on multi-state leave and accommodation experience (ADA, FMLA, state leave laws)
- Experience running confidential investigations through resolution
- Multi-state payroll and benefits administration experience
- Track record coaching managers through performance management, corrective action, and termination
- Deep federal and state employment law expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Proficiency with HR systems and digital collaboration tools; BambooHR a plus
