Director of Human Resources

What you'll do

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned to business objectives
• Advise executives on org design, workforce planning, and people-related risk
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
• Owserve the HR budget
• Partner with executive leadership, HR staff, and people managers to build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership across org strategy, comp/benefits, and employee relations
• Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent preferred
• Hands-on multi-state leave and accommodation experience (ADA, FMLA, state leave laws)
• Experience running confidential investigations through resolution
• Multi-state payroll and benefits administration experience
• Track record coaching managers through performance management, corrective action, and termination
• Deep federal and state employment law expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Proficiency with HR systems and digital collaboration tools; BambooHR a plus
