Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global GSI partner strategy tied to corporate growth goals
- Develop global GSI partnerships with a focus on joint business plans and sales execution
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with key GSI partners
- Lead training and certification initiatives for GSI partners on company offerings
- Ensure pipeline predictability through rigorous forecasting and reporting
- Cookordination with field sales on GSI engagement across key regions globally
- Influence the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams for success
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and refine GSI strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise software sales or alliance leadership, with 5+ years managing GSIs or strategic partners
- Success building revenue-generating alliances with GSIs; knowledge of sales models and decision processes
- Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection methodologies
- History of exceeding revenue targets with partner-driven sales motions
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation capabilities; experience in matrixed environments
- Domain expertise in Observability, IT Operations, or Cloud Infrastructure highly desirable
