About the role

The Director of Growth Marketing will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for the Americas (US, Canada, and LATAM), defining how we acquire customers at scale. You'll lead the vision and execution for a multi-million dollar performance media portfolio focused on lower-funnel acquisition, translating company growth ambitions into channel strategy, measurement infrastructure, and organizational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Lead Strategy: Author the Americas performance marketing strategy, owning the lower-funnel channel mix, budget architecture, and acquisition targets. As a direct input to company growth planning.
  • Build the Measurement Foundation: Establish the frameworks, tooling, and organizational fluency needed to operate at the frontier of attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
  • Drive Executional Excellence: Ensure the team executes with rigor across pacing, forecasting, and reallocation — maintaining efficiency guardrails while scaling aggressively.
  • Develop Organizational Capability: Lead and grow a team of media buyers and marketing managers, setting the operating rhythms, talent bar, and culture of accountability that make the function world-class.
  • Influence Product and Creative Direction: Partner with Product and Creative to ensure performance insights shape what gets built and how it gets messaged — pushing for features and creative systems that unlock scale.
  • Operate AI-Natively: Champion the use of AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to accelerate creative iteration, audience research, and performance analysis across the growth org.
  • Communicate with Executive Impact: Translate performance signals into strategic narratives for senior and executive stakeholders — highlighting risk, opportunity, and the decisions needed to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in performance or growth marketing, with a proven track record of leading high-impact acquisition programs in tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Management: 5+ years leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of building strong talent pipelines and a culture of accountability.
  • Strategic Ownership: Demonstrated ability to define the strategic direction for a significant marketing function that influences company-level growth targets and competitive positioning.
  • Budget Mastery: Proven expertise managing large-scale, multi-million dollar media budgets with full accountability for efficiency and outcome.
  • Complexity and Ambiguity: Expert ability to bring structure and clarity to undefined problem spaces — whether that's a new channel, a broken measurement model, or an evolving competitive landscape.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multi-quarter plans independently with minimal executive oversight.
  • Influence: Advanced expertise in driving cross-functional alignment and marketing strategy without direct authority.
  • Technical Literacy: Fluency in leveraging data-driven insights, modern measurement frameworks, and AI tools to inform strategy and measure impact at scale.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional Certifications: Google Ads Certified, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, or similar certifications preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution modeling and media mix optimization.
  • Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
