The Role

The client is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to serve as a strategic leader responsible for defining the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy. This role focuses on building brand equity, developing scalable B2B/ABM lead generation strategies, and shaping the strategic narrative across all channels and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Brand Strategy: Define and refine the long-term marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives. Partner with the CEO to shape brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency.

  • Digital & Campaign Oversight: Direct all digital channels (SEO/SEM, email, social, content), manage paid media plans/budgets, and execute high-conversion marketing campaigns.

  • Data & Analytics: Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics and market research to measure KPIs and report growth opportunities to the executive team.

  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales to standardize external communication and core sales enablement materials (e.g., proposal decks).

  • Market Intelligence & Partnerships: Monitor industry trends and identify strategic co-branded or referral partnerships with adjacent healthcare solution providers.

  • Events & CRM: Plan the tradeshow footprint, manage speaking submissions, and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing impact reporting.

  • Content Curation: Guide creative partners and personally write content for thought leadership, blogs, and paid advertising as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing, including 5+ years of senior-level B2B marketing experience within the healthcare vertical. Agency or consulting/fractional experience is ideal.

  • Full-Funnel Expertise: Proven track record of scaling businesses through brand strategy, digital execution, and scalable marketing systems.

  • Analytics & Tech: Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into executive strategies. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
