Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Own the full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Experimentation: Build and run a high-velocity testing program to unlock growth.
- Channels: Drive paid, organic, lifecycle, and referral channels against efficiency targets.
- Analytics: Own growth metrics, attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Lifecycle: Design lifecycle and retention programs that improve LTV.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a growth marketing team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in growth / performance marketing, including team leadership.
- Full-Funnel: Expertise across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Experimentation: Track record running rigorous, high-velocity experimentation.
- Analytical: Strong command of analytics, attribution, and metrics.
- Channel Expertise: Depth across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Tools: Fluency with marketing analytics and automation tools.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's required.
Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $245,000 to $360,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
