About the role
The Director of Growth is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to expand the company's market share and customer base. This role will lead the growth team in developing and executing growth strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition
- Lead the growth team in setting and achieving quarterly and annual growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives
- Monitor and analyze growth metrics to inform decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques
- Experience with CRM systems and tools
- Understanding of growth hacking principles and methodologies
