About the role
The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Conduct variance analyses and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A roles
- Proven track record of successful financial modeling and reporting
- Experience with financial software such as Excel, SAP, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance or a related field preferred
- CPA certification desirable
